An existing, occupied, landmarked building underwent extensive exterior cladding renovations. Time Square Construction completed the demo and replaced the entire façade of brick, cast stone, slate sills, roofing and aluminum handrails. The existing backup CMU walls were parged and waterproofed after all hazmat were removed.

All work was completed while the 343 luxury apartments were fully occupied by the existing tenants. The performance of such extensive labor on an occupied building, required stringent safety precautions and regulations for all workers, subcontractors and residents.
